The staff is very nice and highly recommend to anyone. The hotel looked like new and i went with my family for the elcipse. We had the pool all to ourselves, as well as the workout area. It was a perfect trip!

10/10 I was happy about the cleanliness of the room. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was much better than other places that I have stayed. I plan on coming back at anther time.

Clean rooms
We had an amazing stay. We took a day trip to Columbus and decided to stay due to the high winds. We picked this hotel purely based off reviews and so glad we did! Front desk staff was great. The room was clean and it was so nice to have a couch and a kitchen. Even the pool area was well kept. Will definitely seek out this chain of hotels when traveling.

Stayed here for a night with family and it was pleasant stay. Upgraded family suite with new kitchen appliances and dishes. The only problem was the positioning of the TV. Hope they fix it soon

The hotel is new built and quite good. The room was bit small but had all the necessary amenities. It is located near a mall so there are plenty options to eat and shop.

The only thing odd was the tv mounted to the side wall…not directly in front of the beds. You need to turn your head to the side to watch tv. I’m not sure why it was located on the side wall? Very strange.

Could be a lot more friendly at front desk, no bedding for pullout couch had to fetch that. Room wasn’t very clean especially bathroom with very little toilet paper. Customer service could be a lot more friendly.

Ok could be better
Bathroom wasn’t the clean and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. The breakfast wasn’t good the sausage were very under cooked and there was no spray for the waffle machine and when we asked an attendant he tried to give me butter, but the waffle stuck to the machine so I couldn’t eat it.

Absolutely horrible staff. Our tv wasn’t working, despite an hours effort immediately after checking in. It wasn’t until MY suggestion that they just switch our rooms that they agreed to TRY; they ALMOST couldn’t guarantee us another room. All of that aside, we switched room. The coffee makers in the room are terrible, pieces were missing & coffee was weak, shampoo and conditioners containers are ripped off the wall and the glue is left behind. The lighting in the rooms is bright white and has a very sterile feel. The tv is mounted on a side wall vs in front of the beds?! Overall very stressful and uncomfortable stay.

Family visit to Cbus
A short stay but this hotel was a great experience! Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, a real functioning coffee pot in the room, and friendly service. My only suggestion is to serve decaf in the lobby with breakfast.

If you’re picky about the little details right down to the corners of floors, walls, ceilings etc then this is the place for you. The front desk worker told me this property has only been open two years now (it’s Aug 20, 2023) so everything is clean and new. I used the gym facility and it was perfect. Our rooms were very modern. No paint chipping, or bad flooring anywhere, cracks etc. I did see a two stray hairs in the shower which made my skin crawl and some crumbs on the floor near dishwasher which made me gag BUT that was it! After my husband talked me out of going off on someone I was fine. Sheets were crisp white and toiletries were great. Microwave and fridge in room was super convenient. This place is pet friendly for $150 per furry friend. Now that I was not happy with. That’s absolutely ridiculous especially for someone who had a 5 pound yorkie who couldn’t get down from the bed if she tried. Like what on earth is my $150 covering???? Cuz she didn’t do a dang thing but sleep and that’s when we were even in the room. Breakfast was decent. I only ate eggs. My husband ate a waffle. And I always saw workers cleaning. :) ANYHOO I’m def gonna stay here again. I’m a middle school teacher and school is about to start so my nerves and anxiety is all over the place so for me to recommend this place says a lot. Lol Enjoy!

Staff experience can make or break it. Sandra was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Breck was very helpful and knows how to do his job better than people twice his age.

Clean and quiet. Pool wasn’t operational and put a damper in the stay. It’d have been better to have this information prior to check in, especially for those whose travel plans include some pool time. The ‘non-refundable’ notice (while booking) doesn’t gel well upon realizing you don’t get all you paid for.

I have stayed here before a couple times. This time in particular, the bathroom was just not as clean as usual. There were so many hairs all over the shower, bathroom floor. I was quite disgusted. I usually wipe down everything anyways but this time I had to use my entire travel pack of Clorox wipes. I was pretty disappointed and probably won’t stay here again. The staff is always friendly, customer service always great.

ADA compliant, not really.
We reserved a 2 queen beds with accessible bath tub bc our wheelchair bound daughter needs it but we were given a room with a regular shower . We phoned to the front desk right away about the problem. The desk person was able to switch us but only to a king with a roll-in shower. We were glad the switch was possible but she mentioned the price might go up. I was frustrated that they weren't able to give us what we needed and then on top of that, a price increase when they made the mistake. Unbelievable!!! In addition, they didn't have a bath chair when their website clearly stated that they were ADA compliant with all these accessible features. We had no choice but to go buy a camp chair so our daughter can shower. I'm always worry and full of anxiety when we go on vacation bc situations like this can happen. It's already hard enough to find wheelchair accessible rooms and then for things to go wrong just isn't right. Able body people don't know how blessed they are.
