"Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. "Hotel staff was very friendly and chek in was seamless. Interior of hotel needs some updating. The hallways and rooms are very musty and “wet” feeling. Areas of carpeting need replacement. The stairwell had an unpleasant order."
