"For the second year in a row our room and bed linens had a strong dirty body odor. Upon pulling bed sheets back found several dead bed bugs in bed on sheets. I told the lady at the front desk upon leaving. The room smelled horrible, pillows stinky, bed linens stinky. So much so I couldn't fall asleep made for a miserable stay and unfortunately we stay there once a year for a Dr. Visit and the last two times the rooms had horrible bed oder and bed head smell of dirty bed linens. Truth!"

"The reception and the breakfast area was very congested and needs renovation."

"Booked a king sized room and were only given the option of a double room upon arrival. Our first room had an overwhelming number of spiderwebs. When asked to change to a king room with no spiderwebs, we got another double with less spiderwebs, but a missing lock and a mold infestation on the bathroom ceiling."
