"Caesar was very welcoming and kind at check-in. Only suggestion is to explain how parking works - I had to ask. The hotel and rooms are immaculate! The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfy. Loved it! Didn't realize there was a buger place/bar in the same building. There's a great restaurant about 2-3 blocks down the street called Salt & Flour Kitchen (not listed on the hotel website) which is fantastic! Extremely close to Target Field, but have to walk a bit to other restaurants...

"Beds are uncomfortable. The King was okay for a hotel. Bunks and pullout couch were lumpy, uncomfortable, missing linens (when called, twice, nobody brought them). Kids were cold. Most attractiond close early and waterpark does not open until 10 am. "

"We would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was very clean and had everything from robes, makeup mirror, coffee makers etc.
The hotel was connected to the Target Centre and downtown stores which as amazing as it was cold and raining when we were in the city. Staff were amazing during check in and provided great info about the area.
Excellent choice if you are staying in the city! "

"The room was very clean and spacious, the AC/heating system was very efficient. The space truly felt like home away from home. There was a convenient shuttle that took us to the mall and anywhere that we needed that was close and it picked us up. The staff were helpful, sometimes didn’t seem extremely inviting, but did their job to assist guests when asked"

"The rooms were a little on the small side. The lobby had a large area with a small pool table and a foosball table and a large monitor wall so we were able to watch Wild and Frost games on a super large screen. We stayed as part of a group and this lobby area was a hit with the kids."

"Everything was perfect! The only issue I encountered was the shuttle service - although this is not the staff’s fault at all. The storm affected quite a bit and I don’t feel the hotel was ready. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Minneapolis. "

"Shuttle staff helpful & friendly, but wasn't 100% sure where to meet as it was our first time being picked up.
Front counter staff knowledgeable, but difficult to interact with. Entry was dirty with snow salt so not a good first impression. Room TV needed maintenance, but was fixed quickly."
