"We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. "Wow, this was one of the cleanest, largest, and most full of amenities rooms I have seen in a long time! The staff was super pleasant and helpful, the wifi was fast and easy, the room had a kitchen and fridge and was multiple rooms, and was ONLY $100!!! I highly recommend the Plaza which was right off the main street through Carson City, near great restaurants (eat at Red's) and I will stay here whenever I am in Carson!"

"Great location, excellent room on the 5th floor! Everything seemed fresh & new after the recent remodel. Fun in the casino downstairs, great drinks. Restaurant was a bit lacking for breakfast, they were “slammed”, probably due to a lack of other options in the area. Food came out cold, a bit slow but friendly service. She was trying! Free, secure parking out front - I wasn’t worried about my bike in the back of the truck. Will definitely return at some point!👍"
