"The room was clean and everyone was nice and helpful"

"Driving up to the property there was no Quality Inn sign - or temporary sign. I assumed they had just purchased a Super 8. When I arrived just before midnight they told me that the room I’d purchased was sold out and then tried to upsell me. I refused and they finally gave in. The so called upgraded room had no AC on and there was no TV. At 8:30am someone tried to enter my room - without knocking. I left immediately there after. Unless you cannot find anything else available I would not...

"Hotel was easy to find and so quiet! The person checking me in was helpful in giving me directions to the closest HEB! (She told me she moved out of Texas for a few years and missed HEB so much.) Breakfast was well-stocked and yummy, with a nice variety of choices. Overall it was a good stay, and I would definitely book again. Only “complaint” was paying for parking. It was a minimal charge but the surface level lot was nothing special- no gate or security."

"When we arrived, the reception staff had a terrible attitude. We had called beforehand to check if the pool was open and were told it was, but when we got there, it was closed—and the supervisor wouldn't even come out to speak with me."

"The staff was very nice and pleasant, but the room was bad. Stained bedspread, carpets peeling off of walls, ants crawling around the window, lights blinking on/off - not nice. You also have to sign up for a rewards program with all of your personal information in order to get WiFi. That’s so crazy, seriously. I also think it’s crazy that they charge you for parking but that’s the least of the worries."
