The front desk agent should also pay close attention when handling guest credit/ debit card, seeing that my card was authorized for another room that was not mine."

"Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"
