"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! "The property is nothing like the pictures. Everything feels cheap, they have a plastic chair, no duvet, soap dispenser are unlabelled bottles of something else, etc. There is no manager on site and they are unresponsive. I booked a City View but manager insisted that a hallway window qualifies as City View. Not sure they understand English. Rooms are most definitely not soundproof and they are on top of a bar. Dogs barking in the backyard late at night. The breakfast is eggs only, nothing...
