"The rooms are very clean and spacious. Bed and linen was awesome! Check in was simple. Restaurant hours are strange, but to be expected for the area. Food and drinks at restaurant and bar was delicious. Host Sam and bartender Ryan.. amazing customer service!"

"My reasoning for such a low star rating is because of the issues we ran into. The first night we arrive at 4pm. Get to our room, our tv does not work. Front desk told us, yeah we had issues with that tv last time also and she was hoping they would just get a new tv, she gave us some batteries and said that she would have maintenance look at it tomorrow. We had an early outing the next day at 6am so we thought they would just go in and fix it because the front desk person is not in that early. They did not, we called during the day and she told us maintenance was not there and couldn’t get a hold of them so we had to stop during our day and go to the hotel, where they had my husband go move the tv from our room to a different room and move another tv into our room because maintenance was not around!!!! We also, had our daughter and grandkids come rent a room here as well because of the heated pool. Well the heated pool is only heated to like 55 degrees. Our grandkids wouldn’t even get in it was so cold. On the last night we found ants in our bathroom and kitchenette area but front desk was already gone for the night. When we checked out, there was no front desk person, just a note saying drop keys in key box. So nobody around to tell about this. It is a nice area, quick walk to the beach and love the wood burning fireplace. "
