"I loved the location, the amenities, and the entire room. Immediately walking into the resort, I felt like I was at home. The room had everything we needed, from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrellas, even a coffee maker and refrigerator. The tub and shower were phenomenal. The location is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and desert options. The beach is mere yards away."

"Clean and the place was near everything"

"My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"I just saw my bill. Are you kidding me? A $28 destination charge plus a destination tax? Tax and 20% gratuity on a pantry item that’s already over priced? Valet was $45 and they added 7% sales tax onto that also. My room had what looked like black mold on the upholstery on the bed. Front desk said they would look into it but it was still there when I came back and no explanation was ever given. I wasn’t happy to begin with and now with this bill I’m very unhappy."

"Great hotel close enough to Holmes beach without the price tag. Clean and staff friendly. The beach club was underwhelming. Hopefully they build their own in the near future. Main pool area is small."

"The app says it's 5min from a white send beach. It's not true. It's at least 20 minutes by car. Otherwise, pretty decent stay"

"All staff were wonderful and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner in the evening. We enjoyed the location. However, the pool towels and chair covers were old and had holes. There was a large clump of hair in the drain of the beach pool. Resort pool had some scum floating on top. Both pools were super hot and not refreshing. For the luxury hotel name you would think a chiller could be installed."
