"The experience was far below expected standards. Don’t over pay, stay elsewhere. From arrival, multiple issues were apparent. The sofa bed was very poor quality, you could feel the springs through the mattress, causing discomfort and back pain. I was traveling with elderly parents and booked this room for comfort, which this property failed to provide. This is not the quality expected from a Marriott-branded hotel. Throughout the stay, the coffee machine was out of milk and instead dispensed a sweet chocolate mix. The internet TV did not work either. Repeated inquiries were met with the same vague responses and indifferent attitude, suggesting these were ongoing issues. Breakfast was consistently disappointing and bare-bones. No toast bread (staff said it’s only available on weekends), only English muffins, and no fruit at all. On the second day, even regular milk was unavailable, only oat milk was offered. Staff responses were dismissive, and issues raised over multiple days remained unresolved. The room had significant road noise. I was awake after 5:00 AM daily. The bathtub also backed up water, adding to the poor bathroom condition. Overall, the property felt like a low-quality motel with poor service. For a Marriott-branded hotel, this was extremely unacceptable. "

"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."

" Honestly, I’m still not sure whether to laugh or be baffled by my breakfast experience here. For $19.99, the buffet is pretty bare-bones: just your basic scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, sausage, and some fruit. It's fine if you just want something quick, but the real entertainment was the service. Things got weird when we wanted toast. Apparently, the butter and cream cheese are kept under lock and key. When the staff member brought over the butter—retrieved as if it were a highly classified document from a secure vault—I asked for some cream cheese for the two of us. You could practically feel the hostility. She came back with exactly *one* packet. When I asked for one more, the look she gave me made it feel like I was asking for her actual kidney. She brought it, but the heavy sigh was loud enough to hear across the room. Even the juice is under lockdown and only dispensed at her discretion. The funniest part was at the end of the meal. I had the absolute audacity to want a second piece of toast, so I asked for one last cream cheese packet (which would have brought our total to two packets for the two of us). She flatly told me, "No more." As if we'd somehow blown through the table's cream cheese quota for the day. If you are looking for a relaxing, all-you-can-eat breakfast, I'd skip this one. But if you want a $20 masterclass in dairy rationing, it’s certainly an unforgettable experience. "
