"The property was well priced and located facing the beach, with a small pool which was high set and clean. It was in a lovely quiet pocket of Mollymook with a cafe next to the surf club nearby and the Golf club over the road which had a cafe and restaurant with see views. A bus stop was around the corner plus a small store. Kim at reception was very helful and pleasant and nothing too much trouble. The room eventhough old was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable...

"FABULOUS LOCATION!!! The hotel is located right on the ocean with incredible views! It was one of the most peaceful, tranquil places I have had the opportunity to stay . The hotel is tucked away and very small making it so nice. The staff was very accommodating and lovely throughout our stay plus we enjoyed so much we extended our stay an extra night. We stayed in a suite with incredible views, huge outside deck to whale/dolphin watch with binoculars provided in our room and fabulous large...

"We had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs Country Retreat. The private rooms are very comfortable, and we were lucky to have a lovely terrace overlooking the garden, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The owners were kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good overall; in my opinion, it could be improved with a bit more fresh fruit and some savory options (such as eggs and ham). Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here."
