"Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms."

"Continental breakfast was disappointing; only weak coffee and waffles, juice. Breakfast lounge was decorated nicely and safe. Pool unusable; same with other amenities. NO wifi and internet! What is with that."

"Very pretty hotel, definitely seems to be newer. The room was nice, but had an almost damp feel to it...bed was comfy, or we were just so exhausted we crashed. Shower pressure is low but the shower itself is super nice! Don't get the rooms right near the elevators, you hear the hum of them moving. Overall, I'd stay again, just not close to the elevators."

"Overall, it was a decent room for the money compared to some. Booked in February. Prepaid on Hotels.com. Received text while just a few hours away from arriving, the room we reserved (for health reasons) not available. Said they were renovating and it was not complete. Accepted that. Then the clerk said it was completed, just needed to hang shower curtain. They did that and we were in. Pre-check in was great. Clerk was very helpful. She was the only one I saw Fri-Monday. Online check in was beneficial when we arrived. Room was clean. No unpleasant odor. These are the most comfortable beds. No dresser/drawers. No water pressure in room. Barely a trickle. Hot water in sink non-existent. Ice machine was broke. (Water line?) Our “new” room had paint on carpet, paint on bathroom door, shower curtain hung too high. Toilet lid was stained yellow from age? On a positive note, got the best night’s sleep. Breakfast was waffles or apples. Did not partake. Housekeeping came in while we were gone. Then our keys did not work. Got new keys. Again, clerk was great. Then saw they tried to charge me after I paid in 2/26. Clerk blamed Hotels.com. Then said it was a computer glitch. Got snarky. Called hotels.com. Miraculously the charge disappeared when hotels.com agent contacted her. Coincidence? I think not. I took pictures of the room when we left & when we arrived in case they try to throw damages on us. That’s the vibe we left with. Lots of places close by."

"The bed had clean sheets and the bathroom was clean. The room has decent sized TV with satellite service, and a decent mini fridge. The room floor could use a good cleaning. I assume it hadn’t been mopped in awhile. The bed was horrible. Was a queen mattress on what I assumed was full bed frame. The edge of mattress has no support so getting close to the side means you feel like you are going to fall in the floor."

"A little cabin, which was like a duplex was fine ,, showers water did not get hot. I don’t know why the hot water heater is right , it’s really pretty place. I’d go back. Be nice with the restaurant and everything’s open. I’d like to see a lot more, and . See the moon bow."
