"I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite good, rating it 4 out of 5. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleaning service was good. The quietness of the hotel contributed to a peaceful experience. While the amenities were okay, there is some room for improvement. "We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. Well... instead of returning the money they blocked not once but 3 times the amount of money...now I have 600 RON blocked that I cannot use... they reacted quick and spoke with their bank and now I have to...
