The property is being updated. The owner met us at the property. The room was clean and comfortable. Small, but full-sized refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Close to a family-run restaurant/truck stop. Close to route 71. AC/and heat. We needed both during our stay. Shower/tub has slip resistant bottom.

The outside of the motel needs painting and we were a little worry when we first drove up but after getting inside the room, it was spotless. The owner was kind enough to allow us to check in early. We were tired and fell fast asleep. The motel filled up but we never heard a thing. We would stay there again if ever in the area. Thank you!

Did not stay. Barking dogs below the room nothing was the way it was shown on the website. No dining room no lounge. So many flies in room. No one there except cleaning lady who was very nice. She called owner was so very rude to me on the phone. You really need to check out who you recommend on line. Worse experience ever when traveling. Won’t use you services again.

Room was old & outdated but the bed was comfortable....the water pressure was not good in the shower. The aur conditioner worked well but was noisy. It was right off I-75 but nothing around & you had to call the number on the closed restaurant to get a code to get into your room....there is a restaurant over on the other side of I-75 that is associated with the hotel but it looked very junky outside

If you want a quiet area, it was very good. I had trouble with the air conditioners. You know how to work one of them and read. The room was very good. The bed slept beautiful. It’s an overtype thing kitchen thing the icebox was having a little bit of trouble, but it worked real good. Other than that we had a beautiful day. People around us was nice. It’s a small little town. It wasn’t like what the picture show showed us, but it was very nice anyway just get away and be quiet. That’s all we wanted and that we rested good.

Good cheap place to stay, especially if you only plan to sleep there. Overall property was clean and easy to find, gas station was a 2min walk away for snacks and whatnot. There is a 15% off at the restuarant Nobles, if you stay at the Inn. Staff were all super friendly and answer questions/phone calls quickly. Property needs updating and cleaning practices could be better, the sheets on the bed had strains on them, but I always take my own blankets anyway. Some outlets worked some didn't, shower pressure and hot water were amazing, bathroom sink didn't drain well. Good place to stay for a night or two, but not for an extended stay.

For the price and close location to the Ark Encounter, this room was fine. The motel is very dated and needs some love and care. The North Star Cafe was not open, and it--along with the office--looked like it was just furniture storage. All of the interactions with the "front desk" were friendly, but I suspect it's offsite as the office and cafe are not open. Our check-in consisted of a very friendly text with all of the instructions (e.g., door key code, WiFi password). It's definitely not Homewood Suites, but it fit the bill for an over-nighter.

This is a nice little place! Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is really nice. Office manager is a really nice guy and very helpful. Also they have a restaurant that is down the road which has great food. Definitely recommend and will stay again!
