"The hotel and guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and they were truly the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the restaurant was much less positive. Service was slow, with long waits for meals, which made dining frustrating rather than enjoyable. In addition, the menu offered limited options, making it difficult to find a variety of appealing choices. To make matters worse, the prices were exceptionally high and did not reflect the quality, selection, or level of service provided. While I was very pleased with the accommodations, the restaurant experience fell well below expectations and significantly impacted my overall impression of the property. I believe improvements to the menu selection, service efficiency, and pricing would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Short easy downhill 10 minute walk to pier 66. Centered between the Space Needle and Pike Fish Market each about a 15 minute walk. Comfortable clean rooms and several nearby restaurants."

"The location was excellent. However, the downtown streets are noisy with many loud motorcycles revving their engines at all hours. And because the building, and its windows, are old, the sound was easily transmitted. Likewise the sound of heavy footed guest in the room above us was easily heard. The library was nice, and restaurant is very good, as is their service. But it is not open on Sunday or Monday, so plan accordingly. And the bed and pillows were not good for my back, but probably fine for most people. Overall it was fine, but next time I will look for a hotel in a quieter location."

"The Sheraton Grand is a very nice hotel in a good location. Pike Place Market is just a few blocks away. Rooks are a good size. Gym is very nice. Waot time for elevators were kore than i would have liked. Beds were ok. Towels not that soft. Staff was friendly and helpful. Note there is a $30 per day reaort fee. You can offset it with $20 a day food credits and $5 uber coupons."
