"While the inn was beautiful and the bed soft we could not sleep as walls were paper thin and the floor above was such that you heard every squeak, footstep, drops etc. Slept 3 hours! Advice: sleep on top floor."

"This property was at its worst for our stay. We booked the room more than 30 days in advance but they only notified us of the following problems 2 hours before we checked in. The elevators were not working and we were initially booked on the 4th floor. We were relocated to the 2nd floor which required pulling three 50+ pound suitcases up (and down) a flight of stairs.
