"Staff was friendly and location was great. Main issue we had was the cleanliness of our room. There was left over food from the previous guest in the refrigerator, shower was not cleaned thoroughly (we found hair before we even used it), and there was sand on the floor. This place has potential just lacks the basic cleaning."

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame.
There was no comfortable seating.
The bed was old very soft.
We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed.

A very nasty broke downdown motel with questionable looking people all around bad bad odor leaks, opening in the bathroom ceiling cast the stains on the drapes, drapes were torn. "Room was spacious. Staff was pleasant. Coffee was great. Hairs in the tub, however, and on the tub walls. Pillows did NOT smell fresh; probably using pillows someone else slept on already. Gross. Couldn't sleep because it was so humid in the room. Air conditioner sucked. I will not stay here again. 4 stars is being generous."
