The BnB is tastefully appointed - understated and comfortable - in keeping with its location in central Barcelona. Friends of ours stayed here a few years ago and give Circa 1905 rave reviews. "The main floor front entrance to the property was filled with construction materials and smelled bad. Luggage had to be carried up a flight of stairs to an elevator. The Boutique 8 B & B hotel itself was lovely, quiet and clean. However, the room was not ready when I arrived shortly after check-in time. I waited an hour for the host to clean the room before I could settle in after a day of travel. That was the last time I saw anyone who wasn’t a guest. There was no breakfast provided, and the...
