"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is clean. It is a stunning viewpoint every window overlooks a beautiful view.
The only downside is that the swimming pool is outside of the hotel complex so you have to walk outside of the hotel along the beachfront and then into a gate using your key card to access the entrance.
The pool is only open from 10 am so you end up sitting in a queue full of people to get in.
The poolside is not very well maintained and is dirty.
The pool bar only serves minimal food, pizza, chips or hotdog only.
The hotel itself is fantastic. The children’s Club is fantastic. The rooms are large and new and clean with everything that you need.
The food is exceptional having stayed in other hotels like Club med and five star hotels in the Caribbean the food is on part of this.
The only thing that lets it down is the pool access and the poolside floor which is filthy."
