Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing.
When I arrived and checked in, I specifically confirmed with the receptionist that breakfast was included in my booking. He confirmed that it was and even gave me the breakfast opening times. However, when I went for breakfast the following morning, I was told that breakfast was not included. This was very frustrating, especially as I am diabetic and pregnant. I explained the situation, but I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and there was little effort made to help resolve the issue.
The room itself was also not up to standard, as the toilet had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay.
In addition, we were not informed before booking that the spa facilities were unavailable. Had this been made clear in advance, it may have affected our decision to stay at the hotel.
Overall, the communication was poor, and the experience did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and is more transparent with guests about available facilities in the future."
