One night stay in countdown
There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave. Aside from this fact, the window view from our room was a let down due to the dirtiness of the windows, stains and dusts showing how long the windows were left without cleaning, the price weren’t especially cheap for the stay yet compared to my other stays in Sheraton, parisian and Venetian, we all got free upgraded rooms. Aside from these facts the rest of the services and gastronomic experiences were very good. Especially the room service hainan chicken rice that I ordered that night.

It is definitely discouraging to know that your experience was not pleasant as we were unable to meet the basic requirement of service. Please accept my apologies that we were not able to deliver the experience you were hoping for. We have investigated the matter with our Front Office Team and believe that we could have handled the situation better and definitely a re-training for the team members on this particular situation is a must. We make sure your comments will be shared to the management and through that we will strive to improve what we are lack of. We hope to have your return and we ensure you to give you a different experience.

호텔까지 지하철 이용 가능
경전철이 개통되어서 공항에서 타면 2 정거장 후 코타이 이스트 역 1번 출구에서 내리시면 돼요. 셔틀 버스가 있긴 한데 아침 일찍 공항을 가야 해서 텍시 외에 다른 교통수단이 없는지 물어봤는데 시내버스만 알려 주더라고요. 지하철 정보도 제공해 주면 좋겠어요.

The bath tub is a bit too small. Also the pillows are just soft. But other than that, this hotel is pretty good.

MRT駅に近く便利
深夜便で到着しましたが、フロントが温かく迎えてくれました。 ホテルから最近開通したらMRTの駅までモールを通っていけはすぐだったので、タクシーを使わずにタイパ内の移動ができ便利でした。

좋은호텔임
코타이 지역에서 지내기는 좋았습니다. 워낙 고급호텔들이 주변에 많이 있어서 그정도 가격에 스위트룸에 지내기에도 좋았습니다. 공연이나 주변 즐길거리 보기도 아주 좋은 거리에 있는 호텔입니다. 심지어 타이파중앙공원 그쪽까지도 슬슬 걸어갈정도였습니다.

Service is way below the Macau standard!
First of all, sign to hotel reception is nothing clear if you walk from inside the building. Check in has a long queue and there is only one guy working there. Have to ask the check out counter why they are not helping to get to check in, waited more than half hour. Wanted to get some change for transportation but was told they can’t make changes! Other hotels gladly offer that service and is very detail in asking how they could help with getting to our destination. Have to call and ask for tidying up the room.

코타이 지역에서 가장 가성비가 뛰어난 호텔입니다. 주변에 유명한 호텔을 다 걸어서 방문할 수 있고 걷는 것을 좋아하신다면 타이파 박물관 지역까지 도보로 가실수도 있습니다. (20분 소요). 셔틀버스가 워낙 잘되어 있어서 공항에서 호텔까지 편하게 갔고, 택시를 타도 15분이내 도착해요. 다른지역도 셔틀로 편하게 구경하실 수 있습니다. 베네시안뷰로 요청해서 배정받았는데 너무 좋았습니다. 객실도 깨끗했어요. 다만, 단점이라면 조식이 너무 부실합니다. 부실한 것에 비해 가격이 너무 높아요. 코타이 주변 식당은 물가가 높습니다. 참고하세요. 다들 고급식당이라.. 그리고 방음이 잘 안됩니다. ㅠ.ㅠ 옆방에 시끄러운 분들이 숙박하시면 각오하셔야 할듯. 저흰 한국분들이었는데 새벽까지 시끄럽게 술드시고 떠들고 해서 좀 괴로웠어요.
