Wonderful chateau castle to spend a few nights in. The room was spacious, light and exceptionally clean. Very large bathroom with lots of complementary toiletries to use. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the gardens and vineyards just beautiful. The host was very nice and knowledgeable about the area and informed us about his vineyard. Staff most friendly and helpful as we have two large dogs so we always stay on the ground floor. We have stayed before so we know what to expect. Also great dog walking facilities

When we got our confirmation from Expedia, a photo of the room that we thought that we had booked was included on our confirmation. I notice that even on this review that Expedia has sent they have still attached the same WRONG PHOTO. When we arrived we found that the price that we had paid was for a much smaller room with far less facilities. I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms , excellent pool but the highlight is the really attentive staff.

Apartment was very clean and spacious and brilliant location. Staff were extremely helpful too. Definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

I would give this six stars if I could. It was excellent in all areas. The staff were wonderful and treated us as individuals and welcome guests. The restaurant was marvellous as was the spa. The room was spacious and comfortable. An exceptional experience.
