The stay at the lodge was out of this world. The staff are amazing and care for every need. Couldn’t fault a single thing! Food and drink was exceptional too! And the location is to be seen with your own eyes! Nothing can compare !

A person who likes a spotless, modern facility will not find this to their liking. We are antique buffs, and to live in a 50 year-old stone house with the main rooms on the planta baca and the sleeping rooms above. as would have been the custom in the old days, was a delight. The room and bath were charming, and the suitable décor was carefully chosen [and for sale]. The entire structure is made of stone--hence The Roka--and survived the earth quake of 1949 in tact.
