"It was a great way to spend Easter with our family. We went bowling, cooked an Easter breakfast and went swimming in the pool. I was a relaxing time with many activities for the whole family."

"I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. "The Grind, which is a 24-hour cafe is well stocked and has fresh food daily. I would go there at 5:30 am daily for 2 weeks and see them replace unbought items-meaning that food is always fresh! "

"I honestly did not think it lived up to the price. Room was fairly clean but not great. The bathroom was cleaned very well and had everything you could need. And a + the towels were fresh. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the halls to the rooms need work. Some open rooms with glass views of stored broken beds, chairs……also only one elevator was operational. But all in all the stay was Okay 👍."

"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!"

"The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight."
