"We always like staying at Homes 2. The rooms are spacious enough for our family and the facilities are always clean to our satisfaction! Will keep staying there!"

"The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!"

"It is in a fantastic location for families visiting ISU, we however had some yucky rooms with some maintenance issues. A toilet that kept us up all night as it continued to run, I also believe that because of that there was maybe a prior flooding issue as the corner near the TV had a damp rid box set up and the carpet was wet, the room also had a musty smell. We got in late and didn't feel like switching rooms so we just brought it to the front desks attention the next day. Our second room...

"There were some stains on the wall and in the shower. The sliding door was broken (off its track) when we arrived. The towels were so scratchy. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but could definitely improve the facilities."

However, the property appears to need maintenance, as several areas look worn and somewhat neglected. The parking lot also seems poorly maintained, which does not create a great first impression. "Had bugs in the room, staff was not friendly at check in, she acted like I was bothering her for coming in. In the morning I left the keys in the room and my daughter left her phone so had to go to desk and get a new key … nobody was manning the desk. I waited 25 minutes, ringing the bell, calling the desk nobody around, yelled “does anyone work here” I finally had to walk down the hall to breakfast room and yelled for someone in there for a key. "We were first given keys to an occupied room. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience but I didn’t want a room with a jet tub. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The breakfast was extremely limited, cold, and poor."

"I hated the fact that it looked as though the Bedsheets and pillows weren’t laundered. Impossible to reach anyone at the front desk to address the issue. There was someone else’s hair on the pillows. Stains on the sheets and towels in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was also dirty and grungy as if it had never been cleaned in its life. Never will I stay here again."

"There was No actual employee in the building the entire time we were there. It was a computer that we had to check in on. People hanging around the building all hours of the night. Don’t even think they were staying there. Breakfast area was so disgusting, trash everywhere, milk sitting on ledge outside the kitchen. Sheets had stains and smelled like urine. Went to a different hotel the rest of our stay! Gross!"

"I initially was put in a room that had a tub faucet that would not shut off once I turned it on there was no phone in the room couldn’t get the refrigerator door open, but they did switch me to another room and it was much better"
