"I’m not sure where the issue started, but my experience was very frustrating. I arrived with an online reservation, and the front desk couldn’t find it. They made little effort to help until I asked for a manager, who told me to deal with Orbitz and pay again if I wanted to stay.
After multiple calls with Orbitz, I had to cancel and request a refund (which takes up to 10 business days) and pay out of pocket. The front desk first quoted me around $86, then tried to charge $100 until I questioned it. My room key also didn’t work, so I had to go back to get it fixed.
The room was very noisy—right by the freeway with constant traffic and semi-trucks. Guests nearby were loud, and the front desk didn’t answer when I called. There’s also a train that runs close by, and the noise at night was extremely disruptive.
Overall, I got little to no sleep and had a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here."
