This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front desk and she said, well maybe you are smelling the room next to you and I said "no" this room absolutely stinks like smoke. I asked to be moved and she said she could not move me and I advised, I am not staying in this room and she offered to have someone "spray" the room and I said, nothing will get this smell out and I went back down to the lobby and gave her the key and she was yelling at me and said "we will tell expedia that we offered to spray your room so you will not get a refund", I said "I will be calling Expedia myself". As I was walking out the lobby, she was still yelling at me and I walked by a guy who apparently was going to spray the room and he had a can of Lysol. Also, one more thing, my BF went to use the restroom as soon as we got to the room and he told me there was feces left on the toilet... DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ! I also called Red Roof Inn Headquarters.

No, the room at this hotel was dirty, not kept up and was not suitable. Thankfully, it was a short day and I didn’t have to be there long. I was there to sleep.

We have booked "Non Smoking room". THey gave us "Smoking Room". If the room is not available for any reason, they should have called us. We reached the hotel around 11:30 PM. We were tired. We could not cancel and go around for another place to stay. I told the reception. When you know it is not available, please call the customer. So that they can cancel and stay somewhere else. too bad. We could not sleep well because othe smell. I hope they will call the customer upfront in future.

Sketche people hanging in the parking lot and trash over flowing outside on to the ground pure disgusting and worst part was they gave us a room that we walked in on someone living in it. Clothes and pizza boxes all over the floor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If i could i would rate it negative stars.

The room climate was good, about the only good thing, there was adjustable AC and heat. The parking area on the smoker side was full of cigarette butts and dirt. Looks very unswept and unkept. I did have a smoking room but you can see smoke areas that were not cleaned from the walls. The covers for the ceiling lights had black marks on them that was perhaps grease or tar. When I went to wipe it the black marks did come off. The room hair dryer they provide was dirty not wiped off. There was only one trash can in the whole room. They have a lack of wash Rags you're lucky to get one. And if you have a room on the second floor be aware because there is no lights in the hallways for the steps going up and down. The mirrors were not clean. As stated on their site their coffee makers are provided in the rooms. There was no coffee maker. You had to go downstairs to the office where coffee was supposed to be available from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; however, that machine was broke. The last time I stayed it was also broke. Under the circumstances, I have to give this hotel/motel the rating I feel it deserves, a 2 poor.

Had to be put intoa new room after arriving due to no refrigerator second room was dirty had black mold all over the ceiling in the shower floors were disgusting nothing was wiped down used cups under the bed. We stayed here a few yrs ago and was moved to new rooms because there was literally human feces behind the bathroom door cover with a towel. The price is great and the area is convenient but after giving it another try we wont be back hotel has potential but needs alot of updating and a good cleaning the morning we left the cleaners were waiting at the door to clean no cart just a bucket and clean towels we watched as she walked straight in and made the bed never even changed the sheets the gentlemen swept the floors out on the side walk and they walked back out didnt wipe or clean a thing. Theres cheaper prices and nicer hotels in the area save your self and go some where else

It wasn’t clean. I killed 10-12 “stink bugs”. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The refrigerator was barely cool and it was turned up to the highest coldness. The walls seemed paper-thin where I could hear everything outside. Microwave was dirty and rusty inside.

Fast check in and convenient to things. The blackout curtains didnt block out any sun and the place outside could use an up date. The room was nice and comfortable.
