This is as close as it gets to the University and there’s a Dennys basically in the parking lot. Very friendly staff, clean, nice and safe.

Clean and comfortable
The desk personnel were super friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, bed and pillows were comfy. My only complaint was the $75.00 nonrefundable pet fee. I was unaware of the charge because i booked on Hotels.com and was not informed until i arrived. My dog weighs 4 1/2 lbs and is completely potty trained. I thought that was too much.

A comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The chair at the desk was so big I could comfortably sit cross-legged in it. I didn’t take a pic of the bathroom but it was very clean and spacious for one person. The breakfast each morning had a lot of variety, it had something for everyone. The coffee had multiple choices as well. I had no complaints during my stay and when I noticed there had been a spill in the elevator the front desk took care of it as soon as he could instead of calling someone else to come clean it. I was impressed.

The bathroom sink was so cracked that we thought it was going to leak. The carpet was so filthy that it turned socks and towels brown. Staff wad very friendly.

The area around the hotel was so clean and peaceful. We felt very safe. Inside the hotel, the room was very clean with a variety of amenities. The hot breakfast was exceptional!

I reserved 2 queens, they gave me a king...when I tried to change, she said they were overbooked, but I witnessed another family check in after me & they received 2 queen room. Our room smelled 'moldy', the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the shower drained slow...just overall not a great stay.

Fresh and clean
Check in people are perfect! Room while a bit worn was sparkling fresh clean! Not a fan of the dark carpet seemed a bit icky to walk on barefoot. Loved the shower wash Bed crisp and clean. I would recommended because above all must be clean
