"The front desk and food service staff were wonderful. The location is fabulous, literally right next to the train and in the heart of downtown. Breakfast and rooftop bar were great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I never post bad reviews but I was disappointed. The floors in the room were just plain dirty. I would stay there again, but they need to improve the housekeeping. Other grounds in the hotel were spotless, it’s just the room."

"It was pretty much what we expected for the price. It wasn't anything luxurious or upgraded, but it offered good value, and we were satisfied with our stay. The housekeeping staff was especially sweet and friendly. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, seemed a bit cold and not as welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed the stay."

"This is where we always stay when we are coming to Chattanooga . There are great places to eat (the local goat is our favorite ), it’s not far from downtown Chattanooga, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfy . We never have any complaints staying here and this our 3rd time staying at stayapt . Highly recommend!"
