"Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door."

"First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

"You MUST change the bed....it was HORRIBLE. I will not be back and have told family about the situation. The instructions for entry were TERRIBLE and the people working at the facility say they ALWAYS have to help people and sure wish they were paid for working for you."

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying.
The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...
