"For the price point, this place was well below average. The floor was barely vacuumed, bed was hard as a rock, shower smelled like mildew every time we turned it on, outlets were loose or missing covers, they didn’t refresh our linens or take our trash away, and the TV kept cutting in and out. "This hotel was really a mixed bag. I was suppose to get some perks with Expedia such as a food and beverage credit and room upgrade. They did not mention any of that when I checked in and I had to inquire. They confirmed the food credit was available, but would not give me an upgraded room. "Good location and spacious room...but those were the only positives.
The room amenities were just not that great. A/C was terrible...with the temperature at 67 feeling like 73 degrees. The room was so hot and stuffy, I could not sleep during the night.
Also, the water faucet and the shower heads were very weak...and the water temperature (at the bathroom faucet) barely got past warm.
The TV system was really bad, and the remote was not user-friendly. Because of this. we barely watched...

"The hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. We only encountered 1 staff member who wasn’t as accommodating as others. We traveled with a young baby and the staff were helpful with our requests for additional services. They are responded quickly to any issues in the room.
The hotel location is good, uber was reasonable as it’s close to DC, the train station is about a 2 (long) blocks away but easy walk, there are a variety of food establishments and CVS within walking distance. Airport is...
