"Not enough coffee with the in room coffee maker, no option for hot water for tea. A microwave would be nice. The minibar refrigerator was so small we could barely fit in our own items that needed to stay cool. They said we could have had a free small fridge if we asked. Two shampoos but no body wash in the shower. The mattress is long overdue for a change out we kept rolling towards the center. We stayed here in May and were in a better room that time. "We stayed here for two nights. Our room was ready to occupy late, and we waited an hour after check in to receive our keys. That was disappointing. Then when we got to our room, it felt like the AC hadn’t been run in days. It was hot and took hours to cool off. We had to open doors in July to get the room to cool down. "A beautiful property undergoing some wonderful renovations that did not affect the quality of our stay. Our room was fantastic. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Valet parking made everything so easy. Food was good. We will definitely return and look forward to seeing The Cliff House when all of her renovations are completed. Can highly recommend The Cliff House!"

"We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay.
