"Very nice modern full service hotel with restaurant and bar on the lobby floor"

"I love this hotel so much. I told everyone, this is what I want from a hotel when I’m in Italy! Beautiful entry/lobby. Clean, well appointed room. I did have the balcony room, which was just luxury to sit out there and enjoy a coffee. The garden space also offers quiet space to breathe. This is right in the city center, so everything is walkable. I wish I would have gotten there Friday as intended, because Friday night right at the corner is so much action! Food, drinks, fun, and then the quiet space of the hotel. They have a small but well-appointed bar. And the staff and I worked hard to come up with a signature cocktail. It definitely requires Amaro. Plus the restaurant in the ground floor has recently opened and I had a lovely traditional dish. I will make it a point to stay here anytime I am back! As a business traveler, this was a welcome break, but as a leisure traveler this is a gem!"

"We only stayed 1 night, the room is very small with just 2 bunk beds. Nothing else. The good think it has a very good mattress and perfectly white sheets . In the lobby you can order some food: breakfast and dinner( extra cost). They called us a taxi for airport( uber is more expensive in Bologna). In all, a very good stay, we just slept there 1 night, didn’t needed anything special "

"Good value, fabulous breakfast. Rooms quite compact but spotlessly clean. Staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. The only downside the hotel was exceptionally hot. The only way to cool the room down seemed to be opening the window. "

"A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers. Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking. Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena. "
