"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at Marriott Hotels. For what is supposed to be a higher-end resort experience, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. I couldn’t even enjoy the water because there were multiple lizards inside, which was shocking and unsanitary.
The food was also disappointing — I ordered a chicken salad by the pool and it was clearly not fresh. My shower looked dirty, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, valet service was unacceptable. We waited around 30 minutes for our vehicle after paying $143, which is outrageous for the level of service provided.
Overall, this was not a pleasant or relaxing stay, and for the price charged, I expected much higher standards in cleanliness, food quality, and customer service."
