El aspecto de la recepción es deprimente. No hay toallas de mano. El equipamiento del baño es inadecuado e incómodo por su ubicación. Personal amable “ a secas”, excelente para descansar

Tiene mucho potencial para ser una estancia más actualizada e innovadora. Falta un teléfono en el cuarto, tener mas amenidades para los clientes y renovar la imagen… se ve muy viejo todo, para pasar la noche es buena y accesible opción.

Deben fumigar, mucha cucaracha, se molestaron por que pedimos toalla y shampoo adicional, no son amables, pésimo servicio jamás volvería a llegar. No lo recomiendo

I had two Pay twice because the property didn’t get the payment from Expedia. No smart tv, dirty swimming pool, far away from The city. Hope to get my money back soon from Expedia.

The grounds are beautiful, and the swimming pool area is very secluded and well landscaped. The hotel is under major renovation, and it is looking pretty good. The breakfast lady is very kind and friendly, and the food is just OK. The front desk staff tends to be indifferent, and not very friendly. I have stayed here before, and there always seems to be an issue with turning the television on and using the control. It has been this way for a year. Overall, I would give this hotel, a good rating, and I will definitely stay here again.

Aire acondicionado no servía. Personal del hotel acudió a revisar y aún viendo el problema me preguntó ¿en serio no sirve? Hasta parecia burla. Me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación y tardaron como 40 min porque estaban revisando otras habitaciones para encontrar en cual si funcionaba. Y en la habitacion cuando mi hija pequeña se baño no podia cerrrar la puerta de la ducha porque estaba caida y la perilla de la llave de agua tambien se cayó y casi la golpea en el pie

I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. The room was dirty. I had to request new bath towels as they were filthy when I checked in and observed to be used. The hotel has no hand towels and they only provide 2 towels per room. They also have no irons or ironing boards. I would never stay here again and only did so as it was suggested in the event invite we received. The alleged included breakfast in their website is false as we had to pay 100 pesos which is not much but the food was trash. They pretty much only served refried beans and bread and lucky if you get a cup of coffee or juice as they charge you first and then you serve yourself whatever food is left.

I stayed here before and it’s really gone downhill. The rooms have broken fixtures and in general are looking very run down. I say rooms because I moved rooms multiple times due to issues - leaking AC unit flooding the room and the next room smelling like smoke. My family had two rooms so in total I saw 4 rooms each with problems. In addition to the problems the evening man on staff was rude and unacommidating. Each room only had two (very rough and old) bath towels (no hand towels). When we asked for more he seemed offended and questioned how many guests we had. I will say the cleaning staff did a good job each day but be aware they don’t listed to the do no disturb sign - they come to clean regardless. Last complaint was that I stayed one week and every day had to get my keys reactivated. I’ve worked in a hotel. That’s not normal.

Mi estancia estuvo genial lo único que no me agrado fue que unos huéspedes tenían a sus perros los traían sin correa en las Instalciones cuando en el reglamento que entrega el hotel a los que llevamos perros es lo que nos indican. Lo digo por que uno se le dejo venir a mi perrita que la traía con correa, ahí sería que los supervisores anden observando esos detalles En este caso fue a un perrito donde haya sido a un niño o adulto. Todo lo demás súper bien Gracias

Buena atención por parte del personal; tienen que trabajar en mejorar la limpieza de los baños, al entrar a la habitación el tapete del baño seguia mojado dando la impresion de que llevara días mojado sin secarse, la regadera estaba un poco descuidada; tienen que revisar el mecanismo de las puertas al introducir la tarjeta ya que se batallaba para entrar, en una ocasion tuvimos que pedir nos apoyara personal del establecimiento e incluso batalló para abrir la puerta
