"Good all round but needs some TLC"

"We had requested a specific area for our room as we stay at this property often and my wife struggles with walking with her cane. This was stated in the booking but upon arrival to check in we had been allocated a room furthest from lifts, car parks breakfast and pool access. We were advised by check in staff there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. The manger over heard this and went through all the bookings and re checked us in to a more suitable access room for my wife. We would like to thank him for going out of his way to help us out. The room was in a helpful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Peppers Salt as usual. Room was clean, breakfast great and pool amazing. We will definitely be back again"

"Check in and parking was easy. Room was clean and close to all ammenities. However reprimanding of children running amock was sadly lacking. Staff should have spoken to the parents, and not the children themselves."

"The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The grounds and amenities were good, especially the lagoon pool and lap pool. There was access to the beach and a 7km walking trail which led all the way to Kings Cliff from the property. Would definitely go back next time in the area. "
