They need to work on their laundry room because when I had a problem, they told me that it’s run by an outside company. And they completely washed their hands of the issue told me to call a phone number. I paid for detergent and there was none in the machine and paying for washing and drying is very ambiguous and the machine seems to keep telling you to put more money...
