"We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks! "

"This is a new build and the construction is unique and beautiful. I loved the washroom, the bed, the lobby area, pool, and they even have a small lounge / bar area. All done tastefully. Everything is clean and spotless, of course. Also the staff is very friendly, polite and simply a reflection of the beautiful building - classy. When I stayed, it was only open for less than a year and so they had not finished putting in the bar station by the pool! I hope to visit the Philippines again and I...
