Quarto muito pequeno e sem lugar para colocar as bagagens. Fomos atendendidos, na hora do check-in, por uma funcionária mal educada, grossa e mal humorada. Contudo, o recepcionista Vitor, que estava no plantão junto com ela, muito educado e atencioso. As camareiras são atenciosas e educadas, porém não posso dizer o mesmo das que ficam no restaurante na hora do café da manhã. O hotel está de parabéns no quesito limpeza.

Relato – Grosseria da recepcionista Dafne

Ao escolher o hotel para viagem em família, buscávamos acessibilidade em quartos e estacionamento, devido à presença de idosos, especialmente minha sogra, que não pode subir escadas. Optamos pelo Hotel Moov Curitiba pelas descrições que anunciavam “estacionamento privativo” e “para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida”, sem qualquer menção de custo extra. Chegamos em 09/08, por volta das 12h40, e fomos atendidos pela recepcionista Dafne, que desde o início foi de uma grosseria extrema comigo e com meus familiares. Informou que nenhum dos três quartos estava pronto; solicitei prioridade para ao menos um por conta da presença de idosos que haviam acabado de chegar de uma viagem desgastante, e ela, contrariada, disse que liberaria apenas um dos quartos às 13h10. O hotel estava visivelmente vazio, fato confirmado por funcionária da limpeza e pela presena de poucos hóspedes no café da manhã durante toda a estadia, o que mostra má vontade deliberada. Ao mencionar que alugaria um carro e usaria o estacionamento, fui informado, de forma ríspida, que seria pago. Mostrei prints comprovando a falta de aviso sobre essa cobrança. A partir daí, a funcionária passou a agir de forma agressiva e ameaçadora, afirmando que poderia “retirar” o quarto prometido e me deixar aguardando até as 14h, constrangendo toda a família. Relatei o ocorrido para outro recepcionista (Vitor), que se desculpou, mas manteve a cobrança indevida, causando profundo desgaste e frustração na estadia.

Falta de respeito - sem vaga em estacionamento

Cheguei meia noite no hotel, apos dirigir por 6h. Havia realizado a reserva com mais de uma semana de antecedencia, ao chegar descobri que o estacionamento estava lotado e a orientacao do Hotel foi que deixasse na rua durante a madrugada e minha estadia , mesmo sabendo que haveria Star (zona azul) para ter que colocar com frequencia. Um absurdo isso!

O hotel parece ter pedido a qualidade. Esta foi a terceira vez que uso, a primeira vez nao tive problemas. Na segunda vez os funcionarios não estavam preparados para me dar informacoes sobre pets no hotel, a informação que recebi foi de que, vocês nao podem entrar com pet na area do cafe da manha, mas tb nao pode deixa ele sozinho no quarto. Ou seja, eu tive q ir tomar café, fazer o meu marido esperar no quarto e depois ele foi tomar cafe, e eu tive q esperar no quarto, para que o cachorro nao ficasse sozinho. Nessa terceira e ultima vez, esperamos mais de 10min para fazer o checkin, era apenas 1 pessoa na recepcao para atender todas as pessoas e o telefone. Pedi travesseiros extra no quarto, disseram que levariam pra mim no quarto, isso nao aconteceu. Eu que tive que descer ate a recepção para pegar. Pedi para me trocar de quarto pois estáva ouvindo muitos barulhos
