Good stay if you can use the stairs.

They must fix the elevator problem, staying in the 12ht floor with one slow elevator option was a nightmare =/ Good stay but the elevator problem ruin the experience

O hotel é bom. A localização é boa. O café da manhã foi um caos. Eu não sei se todos resolveram tomar café ao mesmo tempo, mas faltou tudo. Acabaram os pratos, depois as xícaras, quase todos os alimentos estavam em bandejas vazias apesar dos funcionários estarem se esforçando para tentar repor.

Expected more from this hotel

Por 2 dias, o quarto não foi limpo, a cama não foi arrumada, as toalhas não foram trocadas e as lixeiras não foram esvaziadas. No dia 22/6, o serviço de quarto foi péssimo. Ninguém respondeu ao telefone, fui ao restaurante e solicitei a entrega do quarto, mas a comida entregue veio errada e o cliente teve que ir até o local para substituí-la. A TV imagem estava muito ruim (ou o sinal interno do hotel estava ruim). O freezer estava na temperatura mais baixa e não era possível ajustá-lo.
