"Firstly Rah Villas is not in Sonamarg but about 10 KMS before the town on the left bank of the Indus river so we had to come back all the way looking for this hotel in the middle of nowhere. Not that I mind middle of nowhere hotels, found this to be completely characterless and overpriced. The pretty photographs are a bit deceptive, and this hotel looks to be tailor made for online travel portal bookings from where they seem to get most of the business. "This hotel service is very bad, During power outage , this hotel dont have any back up. All the corridors are as dark like night. Bathroom was dirty , there is water leakage in the pan. Very disgusting. We got this type of delux room but changed to some normal room. In that room no LCD tv was there. Room smells like some one smoked recently and floor was not clean at all .We called the person and get it cleaned again. In our package breakfast was included but they did not inform or asked."
