"When booking I requested a ground floor unit as my husband has back & hip issues. This was confirmed via email, but when we arrived we were given a 3 bed (2 were unavailable) 2 story unit. When I questioned at the reception I was told it was all that was available.
Apart from the stairs, and that it was near the bins, the unit was good.
Downstairs was a very large open area containing lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Also a bathroom including washing machine.
