It had a seating area shut off from bedroom with glass doors- it made it quiet in king-bed half. I was leery about noise from open area below- no need cuz room was very quiet! A/C was very quiet and cooling on our hot summer day in high 80s. Staff were welcoming and accommodating when we needed a roll away bed added...
