The service is polite and welcoming, but they don't have an appropriate information material to give to the clients about the local tourist attractions and how to reach them, even they can rent you the hotel's bycicles. The rooms are great, we stay in a cozy suite, but without fridge and mirrors except in the bathroom."

"就是登記時費了點功夫，到了酒店他們說沒收到我的訂單，等了有點久，還好最後找到資料了，一進房間就好驚喜，一開門就直望到陽台看到洱海，陽光和視野都好舒服，樓下還有好多停車場位置隨便停，去的時候是年30，晚上在酒店附近吃完飯，8點多就開始有好幾個地方都在放煙火，回到酒店陽台看到對面都在放煙火太美了，白硬晚上看都美，白天睡在床上看洱海，還以為自己身在一個養老的天堂"
