Great stay and top-notch service! Had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Louisville. The property was clean, felt very safe, and the front desk staff on the second shift was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and excellent customer service! ​I had a really good stay at the Baymont by Wyndham. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, with a special shoutout to the lady working the second shift—she was extremely helpful and friendly! There was a slight issue with my initial room, but the desk handled it immediately and moved me to a better room with zero hassle. Great service goes a long way, and I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was horrible, dirty sheets, dirty walls, nothing was good about my stay, also I was interrupted at 12:40 am while trying to sleep.

It was a horrible stay. It was dirty, hot, smelly, rigged and unkept. I would not ever recommend to any one. Dirty sheets, blankets, pullow cases etc... They kept running out of blankets and towels. The towels/ gace clothes were very poor quality.

I did not enjoy my stay at this location the rooms were dirty and the fridge had left overs from the previous occupants. An employee complained about the kids splashing in the pool “because they had just cleaned it” which doesn’t make any sense to me so they weren’t able to have fun. I will never be staying at this location again.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. Air-conditioning unit front was halfway off no bucket for ice in the room. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles.

This was the worst motel I ever stayed in the first room. The floor was completely wet from the water coming from the air conditioner. The rooms were dirty dingy. They had a fake comforter on the bed. The room was supposed to have an iron in it when they call for Room service, the phone was disconnected, and then the person at the desk said I would have to come up to the desk to retrieve anything that I needed because they didn’t provide room service they were dope dealers hanging out all around the facility. It was the worst experience I ever had

I'm assuming not all the rooms are the same. The last time I stayed here the room had broken lamps and needed some remodeling. This room did not have any of that. Good room.
