The rooms were dirty, the elevator was broken, the first day they didn’t have breakfast ready till 8 so we had to go the McDonalds because we had to be 20 min away and we couldn’t wait, the next day it was cold and gross . The floor in the room was dirty, and the linens have stains. It was a horrible experience and I’m sad because we have stayed at comfort suites before and they were good.

With the exception of Beza and Sal at the front desk this hotel is by far the worst I have ever been to. AC does not work and I told them and no one came to fix it and good luck if elevator works because that too does not work. I had to to take 5 flights of stairs every time I needed to go out or go back to my room. The room cleanliness is a disaster and the night front desk person was useless. This hotel could be the only hotel available and I would stay in my car rather than staying there

Surprisingly good
Everything was clean. Lobby had a little of the hotel wet carpet smell, but not as strongly off-putting as lease hotels. The room was nicer than expected. Breakfast included protein, so that is nice. Area felt pretty good.

Noisy and dirty
Checkin went well. My room wasn't very clean and the morning of check out I was woken up to the alarms (set off by accident) 6 times, between 6am and about 830 am. The room had hair on the sheets and comforter, dust on the end tables, holes in the wall and something was spilled on the carpet that was never cleaned up. The shelves of the vanity, in bathroom were dusty, too. I'll also mention that the first morning of my stay was disrupted by maintenence removing a water heater or something from the boiler room in the morning. Overall, not very restful or relaxing.

We were in town for a wedding and got there to hotel early and SAL the GM WAS GREAT..HE let us check in early the room was good and their breakfast was good it was hot food included so kudos Sal if we ever need to come we will stay there 🙌💯💯👌

Not a good place to stay
The hotel did not have hot water. The front desk informed me the second night there was no hot water. There was no hot water the first night and just thought maybe it was just too many guests taking showers at once but when we complained about it again they said they haven’t had got water for weeks. Then after my daughter took a cold shower she got her clothes from her side of the bed and they were covered in ants!!! On the second floor!! Ants. Front desk said she couldn’t do anything without a manger which is understandable but I will be contacting them Monday morning

The seat for the office desk inside the room, was not cleaned. It looked like, family with kids stayed there and poured oat meal on the desk but was not observed by the Housekeeping. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The lady at the Front Desk at the time of checking in was excellent.

The staff and room was amazing! There seemed to be a leak so there was a pile of towels in the entrance area, it was warm in lobby and all hallways but my room was nice and cold upon entry.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, I would never stay in this hotel again. The A/C wasn't working in the first room we checked into. The staff was very accommodating with changing rooms. Although the hotel is in a very nice area, the price point seems to draw less than savory characters. After changing rooms, my son and I listened to a domestic argument in the room next door. I did inform hotel management but I'm not sure anything was said or done. People were walking around blatantly smoking weed. This hotel looks like it had tons of maintenance issues and was dirty and smelly. There were lots of stains on the carpets and walls in the hallways. There was no A/C in the hallways or elevator. The stairways were dark and dirty. Saw bugs in the stairways. The room was pretty much the same with exception of bugs. This hotel is need of a complete remodel. This hotel needs to add a security guard!!
