DO NOT BOOK!! There were roaches in multiple places. Only 2 pillows in the entire unit. No key fob for the amenities that you’re promised. The towels were stained and gross. I ended up leaving after only a few hours, and booked a different place for the week. They said they’d “investigate and proceed with a refund” and never did. Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO!!

My husband and I visit here at this location. Both first time. The view is wonderful and spacious had a great patio, inside had one crack by door and one peeling inside shower. Other than that,We highly recommend this place! Very peaceful,Quite A few youngsters in and out but your located on deep ellum all bars and clubs. The host were amazing! Great with communication , Great walking distance. We appreciate our stay we also clean very good respect for the property ☺️ . We loved how comfortable it is. Definitely a good one!

Apartment was ok. WiFi didn’t work for the duration of our stay, which was over the holidays. This meant the TV also didn’t work. Several key codes didn’t work, the day we checked out, we got locked out of the apartment whilst all of our things were in there. The host was responsive considering it was Christmas but I would never stay again.

Under no circumstance, should anyone stay at this property except for the location they have a ridiculous system of elevator codes, and front door codes that seem to fail all the time I packed my bags and was getting ready to leave for the airport. I went downstairs to grab a cup of coffee. I came back up 20 minutes before check out and the room code did not work. It was New Year’s Day. There wasn’t a So around to help me by. Uber was waiting downstairs. The clock was ticking for 35 minutes. I ran around. I called the emergency number which connected me to people that could unlock the door remotely. They refuse to do it asking me questions like who owns the apartment whose name is in the apartment whose email address since I rented it through Hotels.com I had no idea to the answers. The woman refused to remotely open the door, I gave her all my information. I then texted Hotels.com and they were no help at all 40 minutes went by. I had to send the Uber away and I was literally palpitating knowing that I was gonna miss my flight because of this ridiculous system of codes that they have with no help whatsoever I ran into a chamber made, who thankfully was helpful. Her colds did not work in the door either she called a supervisor and somehow the supervisor remotely opened the door. I ran downstairs, got another Uber, which was now $20 more and just made it to the airport on time running through security. I would never under any circumstance recommend this property to anyone you

When we arrived at the apartment there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper left between the two bathrooms for our 4 nights stay. Also, only 2 forks and a spoon for the 3 of us. We did message and got a fairly quick response and more supplies were dropped off to us which we appreciated.

The layout and amenities were great!! However there are windows tht are broken and have tape covering them, the toilet broke and there was broken legs on a chair and night stand. The key fob didn’t work for the elevators so we kept having to take the stairs. Some minor inconvenience for an otherwise nice place to stay.

Throughout the stay, our key fob along with nearly everyone else's in the building failed to work which caused the elevators to not work properly. We had to walk up 6 floors twice. Our door keypad failed to work on the day of our checkout, several hours before checkout time. We literally had to sit outside our room for over an hour waiting to get this resolved. The only thing the staff said was we are sorry. We sat out for over an hour!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the experience of the last day. TERRIBLE!!!

If you enjoy sleeping this is not your place! There is a club that has people in and out of it until 4:30 am directly across the street. Music, yelling, fighting, medical issues happening. I had to buy ear plugs and could still hear the noise all night long. When we got up Sunday morning to catch our uber at 4:30 Am there was people drunk out there on the sidewalks still yelling and fighting and carrying on. I literally didn’t sleep for more than an hour at a time every night. The building in very nice the apartment is nice but the location is horrible and there is no sound proofing due to the huge windows. The towels were damp and in the dryer when we got there, something sticky all over the floor in the bedroom but it wasn’t filthy. The cleaning crew was not thorough.

Perfect downtown location, great communication. Very very clean and safe. Only down side you have to pay for parking every time you leave. $5 weekdays $10 weekends.
