"The hotel and room were clean, just worn down. Furniture had cracks and chips, bathtub had a chip in plastic. Mattresses are ok, a little too soft so if you need a firm bed I would think twice. Water pressure and temperature in shower were good. Continental breakfast was very good, honestly surprised to whole family how good. Only real issue was requests made a week before check-in were not met. Asked for extra pillows, weren't in room upon arrival. Asked for a quiet room away from elevator and noise as we have an autistic daughter, instead placed us in a room right next to a stairwell and entrance. So heard doors opening and closing all night and could hear people stomping up and down the stairs. Hotel is in decent location to visit Lancaster and the surrounding areas.All in all a decent place to say I would give it 7.9/10"
