"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven.

"The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
The location is good for walking to the train station, the bus station and to shops.
However, there are many stairs to enter into the building. The staff assisted with the luggage on check-in and check out.

"The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning.
There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature.
